How does a base of $130k in Denver CO stack up to others with the same title?
About right?
Too high?
Too low?

There was never a minimum guaranteed bonus. Bad managers just treated it like that instead of using performance management correctly. I for one welcome the thunderdome, and trimming of the “guaranteed minimum bonus” contingent.
That’s four times my salary!!!
$190k
I would not want to stake my salary on a bonus a manager feels they want to give or don't want to based on someones opinion.
I don't go under 250k base, they can keep the bonus
@zfo+1fTjOT1L "discretion of the manager" so true!! for merit and bonus/if eligible
wow that sucks!
would have to live on the streets
that is just base. The bonus is now at the discretion of the manager, with no guaranteed minimum anymore
The displayed pay band for these jobs in Workday ... Is that strictly base, or does that include bonus too?
The max would be ideal, but you'll never get the max from Wells Fargo. Probably the median between min and max is where most land (and stall).
I believe the max for that role is $175k so you should ask for more :)
