Does this mean we will no longer be able to see the pay ranges for different titles in the future?
The job families tool has always been my go to thing when exploring career changes :(
Will we have a new version of this with all the changes occurring?

My new job description/title as of January is basically the same as what I was about 20 years ago. Here's hoping the pay scale isn't.... but you know what they say... hope in one hand - sh-t in the other and see which fills up faster. Seeing as how we work for Wells I'll be expecting a need for copious amounts of hand sanitizer.

What I read wasn’t straight forward. It just said we could view our own, didn’t say we wouldn’t be able to review the ranges of other titles? But thanks for your helpful comment. Truly hope that was the best time you spent out of your day.
