Thread regarding Dell Inc. layoffs

Premier Organization WFR in full swing.

Colleagues in APJ have informed they got WFR and have a last day scheduled. Some EMEA team members have already reached out with similar news. AMER teams will be early next month. (This includes managers). No details on any sales teams - from my understanding they got hit at beginning of this month. Our area should be finished globally with with WFR mid-late September.

They (PAMs) weren't hit in feb so they get hit now, correct.

@zvo+1ofuVNiE, yes you are 100% correct. It's all EMC at VP-level pretty much.

Nothing to do with EMC other than premier IT teams solutioning products from EMC to flow frictionless via Premier. There are "fancy" teams the top though - they are the ones solvong to have all orders online and pushing automation releases.

@dnc+1ofuVNiE : are you at the "top" in the fancy team ? if not, you dont know the truth.

Dell's HR policy is for show and PR purposes. The old EMC guys at the top, are experts in creating "evidence" to meet HR guidelines .
If you know, you know.

Only the EMC guys who are good at politics will remain at Dell.
Dell thought of starting these fancy teams with new people, but unfortunately, it positioned its old EMC guys at the top. So the cult like culture continues.
Sad but true.
