End to our CORE - Sad

The end is near. So many hardworking people stressed to learn the Head Honcho at our core thinks so little of them. Sales may be your supposed survival, GOOD LUCK WITH THAT. When the turnaround to get answers, deals approved, to have holds lifted, correct billing and so much more takes days, even weeks to be resolved I HOPE THEY eat their words as they make comments that only their favorites are needed. It’s a sad time for all, but know something better will be out there for all. Good luck and I wish all the very best as the downfall to our CORE is near.

The abuse the rebadged employees are going through is unacceptable. We have no one to go to. Our Manager who was rebadged fights for us, but can do only so much as the President here has no respect for anyone. We are overworked and don’t want to hear about raises we didn’t get or bonus they gave to their employees not rebadged. Every day something new. I hope something good comes for all those rebadged. Our Core/President is dreaming if they think all those extras Admin did will continue.

Xerox does not care, XBS does not care. Only the cores are feeling the pain and know what a huge mistake was made.

@1wkt
No other reason I'm afraid, sad they are in denial but it is coming , the HCL teams visiting the cores are called "the transition teams", I have seen their documentation and training agendas
Transition means they are taking our jobs with them, will they do a good job, no, does Xerox care, oh hell no!!!!!

We have some key people at our core who are in extreme denial. I was trying to explain to my manager that these people (rebadged to HCL) will be out of a job in a matter of months. His furrowed brow indicated that this information “did not compute”. What other possible reason would these people be rebadged to HCL?

So sorry, I know our time is coming too, everyone left is going to be in for a rude awakening when everything that we do so fast now takes days and weeks to be resolved, that is, if it can be resolved correctly, Xerox blew it big time, they will live to regret destroying GIS (I will never call it XBS)
Actually from what I hear Xerox is already realizing they did the wrong thing by getting HCL involved but it's too late now to back out, they will not see a cost savings, they will see a major decline in revenue!
