Would someone be able to explain why people are suing regarding NetSuite.

LE owned 30% of the NetSuite before acquisition, he was in fact the original investor. As the defectors controlling shareholder of both companies he has a mAjor conflict of interest in oracle acquiring NS. Thus both oracle and NS shareholder can argue they we’re screwed. O shareholders that O overpaid to line LE’s pockets; NS shareholders that the company sold for too little because of LE’s control. Stupid deal either way, but one oracle has to do because while LE invested his own money in cloud start ups like NS and SFDC, be elf back O’s investments in cloud until O misses the boat. Conflict of interest ?!
