Sears Outlet Sale to Transform- Friday deadline has passed!!!

Friday, August 24 was the deadline for SHOS to enter into an agreement with a third party to sell the Outlet business. The lack of any news probably means that Eddie and co. will get their hands on both the Outlet and Hometown Stores. Let the transformation begin!

Eddie needs all the tax write-offs he can get. That's how corporate guys roll.

@10J3OFWm-cpd Doesn't matter how profitable it is. Eddie will find a way to ruin it eventually.

Anything with the Sears name on it is dirt. I'm not at all surprised nobody else bought it.

Outlet is actually profitable according to what I saw on Seeking Alpha. I’m surprised no one stepped up to buy it. They don’t even get all the appliances from Sears, they get stuff from other retailers. It probably would have been self sustaining.
