Coming out of bankruptcy and doing the exact same thing

I can't believe this has been allowed. How can a company get away with letting stores degrade for over a decade only to close them in waves, then come out of bankruptcy and begin the process all over again. Can anyone name one single thing that changed in operations since the bankruptcy?

What exactly is Amazon going to do with old, moldy stores located in seedy shopping plazas and dead malls? The better real estate is long gone – everything that has stuck around after the bankruptcy is worth almost nothing on the commercial real estate market in comparison to the portfolios of, say, Walmart, Target, Costco, Home Depot, etc. (not that their CEOs are in the business of selling off real estate rather than running a profitable, successful retailer – they just have well-kept stores in prime locations).

The judge and lawyers were all in on it good old boys club which I hear there is pending undercover investigation into the fraud... The end play is amazon buying the real estate

It defies logic how the bankruptcy judge allowed the same man that drove the company into bankruptcy to then purchase the company outright and then expect better results.
