Has anyone been given their 60 day notice from HCL about being laid off?

Still waiting for my list of jobs available to me 60 days prior to the end of the 6 month committment. hmm, wait.. no.. you don't think... couldn't be!

Did HCL LIE about how this would end? They told us the first day that everything would stay the same, just our paycheck would come from another company! And that was the very first LIE in a long string of lies....

It's time to get out. NOW. In 60 days your entire office will have everyone on the market looking for a job. Then you get to compete with your former workmates for jobs. Better get there first.

We finally have a name for this sinking ship called Xerox. TITANTIC

I am at core in NY, I heard from my manager that the core in CT was told today their jobs are done by end of year, all 25 badged over, there will be no one left in A/R, A/P, contracts, leasing and supplies, order processing will have 1 person left who was not badged

We have people at my core who are absolutely in denial about what this whole HCL thing is. They truly don't understand that a chunk of our staff will be outsourced soon.

No letters to the NY hotlines yet. So does this wait now go on every day until the end of 6 months?

HCL is a heartless employer.

Guys, Corp policy says a few things.
1) if you get asked to take a job more than 30% less pay then you are essentially layed off and get severance
2)if you get an offer for no more than a 30% reduction and refuse it, no severance.

This is Xerox policy. Just sharing as relevant to this discussion. Not aware of HCL policy.

One can only hope, haha
Honestly with the way HCL is handling things it's a comical debacle
This whole thing between Xerox and HCL should be called "Dumb and Dumber"

I have not, and I got the original notice about getting the 60 day notice and 'list of jobs I could apply for" 60 days prior to my job being transitioned (READ: "Here's a REMOTE HELP DESK JOB" you could do from your house on your phone for $32,500/year", "Oh, you don't want to do that?", "Well then, I guess you are resigning then because we offered you a job but you refused it?" We'll just go ahead and keep your severance then since you refused the job offer...."

Waiting for my manager to send me the 60 day notice.. should I hold my breath?
