@unl: When was the last time you've been to UPC? Saying that 90% of the people on the fourth floor (or anywhere else in the building) are Indian is factually inaccurate, not to mention hyperbolic.

The 4th floor has PTC, CADX, and a couple of smaller projects.
There are a few Indian foreign nationals in UP IT, but saying that it approaches anywhere near 90%, or even 9%, is the kind of hyperbolic and totally inaccurate junk I would expect from this forum.
Yeah outsource the timekeeping crooks in Omaha. I’ve had so many legitimate time claims denied it should be criminal!
90% of the 4th floor UPC are foreign nationals (India). Been that way for 10 years. In case you were wondering, this is most of the PTC code development. Almost all started as contractors, then hired on as full time employees.
