2akr,

I don’t think home office liked him either. He laid off TONS of people there, too.

@2akr... true
Guess we have to live with it for now. Cost cutting is always what we are about. Too bad we can't cut other expenses and have real budgets to manage rather than just 1.

@fsl For this c-aptastic company - Walmart/Sam's - 'worst bosses', it's all based on point of view. He was a horrible leader based on the associates at the stores causing confusion and discontent. While at the the Home office, he was fabulous because he cut costs.

'Cutting costs' is the ONLY thing that matters to this company anymore. The associates and customers have become irrelevant.

Just a talking head he was. Ran what's left into the ground. Putting the worst bosses in leadership positions. Worst in all my 20 years with this place. But hey as long as he got in his "networking " whole getting to ride his bike the world was his oyster. He "learned" so much while out there on his bike about other businesses and didn't do jack for his own. Now they need to get rid of the Louie's , these horrible brow beating regionals and a few market mgrs. Course they'll probably promote him. We thought this was bad, we would be in even worse trouble.
