True statement! IT VP and Dir RIF’d a SME Group because they both don’t understand the scope of the group. The company can disseminate a new look of the company meaning pro minority, young, tech vision company but the bottom line is that the existing executive tier of the company is incompetent. Yes they are intelligent but the majority lacks vision and unable to execute Vestberg’s vision. Hence, VZ will continue promote individuals who lack executive skills and hire McKinsey, etc for life. They continuously discriminate older employees and hire cheap young inexperienced workforce!

@2ica: Yes, I received the lump sum flyer. I read it rather carefully but I haven’t found any words that I would call “big” or outside of normal usage. It is apparent that your vocabulary is very limited.
