IT is a sub group under GTS. Many things that are messed up in IT are not the case in rest of GTS. They try to run a mafia org in IT.

Let's face it. GTS (aka IT) has very low reputation due to many reasons. Chief among them is failure to deliver on their promises. Most areas of company are doing lots of work outside of IT, on their own in the cloud.

No outsourcing. Because of the huge success of 2.0 and 5G, all jobs will be in house
More work to Infosys. They're driving 5G. Offshore is the plan.
Hearing wireless is up for grabs for certain outsourcing
Have not heard about layoffs but definitely hearing more work to go to Infosys. So lower levels may be impacted so we can higher more Directors and VPs
