Who is hitting windfall? It isn’t anyone in my District. Commissions has been systemically rigged across the board to ensure we’re working harder and earning less. Just because it can be done, doesn’t mean the system is at all fair.
Verizon commission changes 2.0 ? Ha ! FYI 2019 the average commission check for Solution Specialists was 1,540.00. 2018 was virtually the same. You think 1,500 is super great money ? LOL. The way people talk about commission changes on here you would think everyone is winfalling every month. BTW in 2019, 102 reps hit over 300% of at risk all 12 months !!! It can be done.
