I saw on a real estate website that there is a development proposal in the works for my store. Anyone know if this store is on a closure list? Transform Co leases the site.

I do not know how Sears did not close this property years ago.
The store is so run down and an not normal operating hours other Sears have. Only open limited hours.
You will soon be visited by an old tired beat up tired worn out liquidator from abacus advisors who is part of the problem. They will sit in your office eating little debbie snack cakes and take your soul.
Good luck
If it says "Sears" over the door....it's closing.
I have heard more than once that that location will close but no official date yet.
Here is the link to the meeting to discuss the redevelopment proposal.

Any links? I have seen zero evidence online of this location having been announced yet. Not Saying it didn't happen, just haven't seen any evidence or announcements online.
