its amusing anyone really thought Eddies plan was to make Sears profitable again...hes not incompetent as people think. An evil genius is more like it. The plan has never, ever been to make Sears or Kmart an ongoing profitable company. He is just stripping the meat off the bones and the carcass will be consumed by the vultures.

Very misleading. Out of 32 brands examined Sears was rated “worst” as well as; Ross, Victoria Secret, Marshall’s, Lucky Brand, Nike Outlet, Lord and Taylor and Banana Republic
Is everyone at the other stores in danger of being fired too?
This proves that Eddie Lampert's plan to make Sears profitable was a pipe dream. Too bad Jeff Bezos didn't buy the rest of Sears and Kmart. Otherwise, we wouldn't be here talking about store closures.
