Our new head trainer in Columbus region is very rude and not helpful at all.why do we allow third party people to bully us.she needs to go.
Our bakery tech and produce tech were let go.
I’m hearing prep foods and bakery are together now.

Well my vine tech is standing right in front of me. Only some vine techs got let go.
About time our produce tech was very rude suppose to teach and train ours just came in tore things up then emailed regional manager. Don’t like to see anyone loose their job but hoping she finds something else.
@ylr no they were outsourced. I found them helpful, but they required management to follow strict guidelines and I'm sure they didn't like that one bit. I know my CM could not stand ours for that reason, and she would close herself up in the office when he was there. Funny, they push us to do all these things, but when their actions are being questioned, they get bent out of shape...

In my market it was only the prepared food tech and the head guy.
Not only Vine techs,but training leads and some directors are gone.Confirming that several were terminated today, around 60+. The remaining Techs and Directors have some position realignments, no details on that have been disclosed yet. Severance pkgs are on the way.
