Four weeks for sure, @aew has all the details - it's pretty much the same for me

Little more than 4 weeks
It took me about 4 weeks. I sent back my signed waiver a few days after receiving it. Keep in mind that Chevron must not process your waiver papers for the mandated 8 days (revocation period). After the 8 days, the papers are submitted and another 3-4 days goes by. Once approved for payment will enter the payroll cycle (check cut in the 7th or 22nd of the month). If approval is too close to the close of a payroll period, it will be paid on the next one. Note the check us cut on the 7th or 22nd. Chevron sends it to you by regular US Mail, not FedEx, so tack on 2-3 days for it to arrive to your mailbox.
