I know a lot of people are waiting to be offered an EISP. I expect the numbers of union members to drastically decrease by the end of this contract.

Because you care so much about Management getting RIFs. It's only fair that attention be given to Union workers and EISPs.

Heavily indebt, with incompetent mgmt. and an overwhelming urge to outsource all jobs and pay no taxes .... the writing is on the wall folks. Verizon is a sinking ship. IT and union should both start a mass exodus and go find a real employer that what their business to succeed.

Yep , EWA's will get transferred into union jobs because they did so well ,the company wants to reward them. Then they can get rid of them with no protections ,for nothing.

If as EISP is offered next quarter, you will see a major decrease in union membership. Many are ready to leave now.
Yep. RIFs will happen, but the company will put more into EISPs to get seniority out.
