Working their butt off? Why don't you look around that parking lot at 12:30 on Friday's and tell me how empty it is. When your company is drowning and you still take half day Friday's, that is not working your butt off. Better yet, drive by all the lots at about 6:30 PM on any given weekday; bet you can count less that 30 cars. Time does not always equal quality, but when you are a skeleton crew, it helps.
