When BK goes of his own will or gets pushed, get ready for Murthy, CEO. The only pleasure in this will be that the direct reports, unless they're Indian, will get the heat. He already told them all the divisions are being miss managed. More VPs will leave to be replaced by Qualcomm people or others in the Indian Mafia. But he'll be more adamant than BK but just as lost. They and the board are looking for the golden goose of 60% margins, huge growth potential, no competition. Neither have the backbone to tell the board we needed to license ARM and compete, spin out and restructure manufacturing and compete with TSMC, Don't try to acquire ourselves to success. Put the retail products like Jimmy the Robot, drones, mica bracelets in the junk draw with the other failures - kids microscopes, cameras, Microma watches. They will do none of this.

He is most certainly not a good guy. He's a horrible nasty rude condescending sociopathic a--hole of a man. He literally has zero ability to connect with human beings. He has no empathy. He has no social skills. He is the worst possible manager at Intel. The entire board should be fired for elevating this moron to CEO.
He hasn't made one positive decision to impact the bottom line of the company.
You need to look at the big picture. Drones and magic toothbrushes will fill the fabs. Reality TV will provide an endless supply of new things to put in the fab.
Why is BK still around? Because the Board is composed of the only people more clueless than him.

I was starting to worry back in July 2015 with his stealth layoffs based on shifting criteria for 'performance' and even then thought, "based on performance, then, shouldn't BK be gone too?" No, instead they gave him a 47% raise this year. He might be a good guy but he is not good for Intel. However, realistically, Intel had all these problems for a long time. What unmasked them is not being able to rely on The Chip to bail them out anymore.
But but but, think of his feelings
Anyone seeing this post about him would immediately step down taking full moral responsibility, but not our Bum Kicker.

It's not Bk, aicha, stacy smith, or renee's fault.. it's the worker bees who go home and don't do any more work at night.. how do you expect to compete in this industry when you're lazy leeches?
Every single board member needs to be fired including Andy Bryant.

Here is a guy who made his way through production and was totally unprepared for a CEO position. He had no business experience and screwed things up. This was an insane decision by the board
