Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Anyone else not receive their ERP?

I still have not received the ERP, quarterly bonus or retirement gift. I did on my last paycheck get 6 weeks SP and when I called Payroll, they told me I would receive the remainder once the quarterly profits were announced.

I have only received 6 weeks pay of the one-year base pay amount. Payroll told me I would receive the rest via hard check once the quarterly profit bonus was paid out. In other words, I would receive both at the same time.

BTW...I also confirmed via email that my signed agreement had been received as there would be no payout until HR receive this signed document

When you say you got your ERP, do you mean the one year base pay amount? I have not received that either snail mail or direct deposit.

Intel has nothing to do with the handling or timeliness of your pension @jyo. That is SOLELY the responsibility of Fidelity. If you applied 6/2 my guess is you would have used the 7/1 date (they need time to process). Then it takes something like 8 wks after that. At least that's what my Fidelity retirement rep told me (the person they hooked me up with if I had any questions for Fidelity).

it's still too early for the retirement award. My notes say sometime in August so I'm not worrying about it this early since everything else has been going like clockwork. No issues for me.

Your situation sounds anything but normal, OP. QPB is sent via snail mail. I got mine yesterday in the mail. As for your ERP... that was paid out long ago. Hard to imagine you not getting yours, or a regular paycheck if no ERP (meaning you weren't processed as ERP so they think you're still an employee).

I received ERP lump sum right away (week of June 24). Quarterly bonus (a very small one at my grade) arrived via snailmail today. Still no sign of the retirement gift. I also have not yet received my pension buyout, which I had applied for on June 2 when I accepted the ERP. I am imagining what a huge undertaking it is for HR rank and file to handle all this timely. There are bound to be glitches so I would give them another call if I were you. I was actually assuming there would be a holdup with the ERP so sold some stock to cover expenses, too. I have not yet dealt with the whole 401k handling yet. One thing at a time. This whole process, especially I have SS/Medicare complications thrown in on top, has been challenging even in the best of circumstances.
