How will America ever get a chance if someone talks about "h1b" reality? The usual way is to insult that person, create Propaganda that Americans lack the skills. In interviews, local talents are insulted and discriminated. The technical way of doing this is: say you don't have skills or the person is not fit for the team.

@IMYemVR-exd There is no conspiracy, I have two kids in Tier1 public schools and they tell me about the sorry a$$ white boys ( it is a stereotype ) but foreigners work harder, get better grades, are at the top. I am first generation and instilled those hard work into my kids, so they did okay, but not as well as those foreigners, they are hungry.. Get used to it, those that work harder get ahead. It is a generalization but American born / raised students for the most part are softer and don't work as hard. The human mind is a muscle just like any other, work it hard and it gets stronger and faster. If URMs really worked hard they will be as good, but for the most part they skate thru as they can, just like their athletic buddies.

It's a tougher complex then the surface all jobs are disappearing I laugh when I hear Trump saying he will bring coal jobs Bach who will by coal when Nat Gas is a lot cheaper. Ps coal jobs down 80% for peak. STEEL IS THE SAM, down 70% but steel made has been basicly flat we just need a lot less people. Foreign steel has always been like 20%. All jobs in trouble
I don't agree. I see H1Bs in management positions, program managers and marketing. Why are these skills being imported to the USA? Seriously...there are plenty of folks in the USA that have these skills...but are being overlooked because of crooked politicians and corporations.
Where I went to Grad School foreign students had a much higher GRE score. And made it faster Thru Local content. There were exception but on average the quality was much better with Chinese and Indians was also represented the same in tenured profs. But who knows it maybe motivation. I do believe Chinese and Koreans are very smart

We all know too well what games you guys have been playing to block local talents from getting hired. More than 3 quarters of STEM graduates in the U.S. can't find STEM-related entry-level jobs, and they were educated from the same academic institutions as these foreign students.
The reasons many american's are unemployed is they lack skills or lack the opportunity to apply compete for the jobs out there.
But look at other countries, people flock to where the jobs are, they often will be willing to take anything. I can't say that is a good thing in places like China, Thailand, Vietnam and such the poor flock to where the jobs are and are willing to work for nothing. It is after all why we export all our lowest level jobs there.
If you want a job in the USA they require higher skills, education and good thinking skills. I see nothing wrong about hiring the best trained. They usually have spend years competing and only the best escape their home country to come to the US. Even those at Tier 2/3 schools clawed their way thru the system to get a chance to get a MS/PhD in the US. Contrast that with the millions of unemployed poorly educated US based populations. Many likely were average in HS, went to local JC or state tier 3 school, and were average students. Why would Intel want to hire that gheto trash, of course one from SJ State did sneak in... even though that one works hard he seriously lacks IQ.
No Foreigners have been the engine to the US economy for many decades and will be for the future. Elect some idiot or keep som SJ low IQ running the company will insure the destruction of the country and the company.
I offer this example.. Look at the Olympics, almost all the foreigners can speak English, how many of the Americans can speak another lanugage... American educated are the as a generalization the least motivated, least skilled workforce.
