From the past experience 1v1 are only scheduled with impacted employees. Another group meeting shortly after the 1v1s will be scheduled with all the survivors.
From what I heard, managers are supposed to schedule 1:1's with all of their employees (not just the impacted folks). I guess so people don't know their exact fate until the call.

I got 1/1 scheduled for the 18th as well. I agree with previous poster. This is just a job. I'm not going to kill and stress myself over a job. I know I'm very replaceable! I talked to my wife and kids that this might happen. It looks like the end of the road for me. My family and I will move on... Wish everyone the best of luck!
I have a meeting scheduled first thing on the 18th with my manager and expect the trapdoor to open for me at that time. To all folks that are impacted by this, remember, neither your manager, nor your management chain, nor anyone else in the company or in life controls or determines what you can be and what you can achieve. This is just a business arrangement - we work, they pay us, until they decide that they don't need us for whatever reason or they don't realize the value of our contributions (past and future).
