Heard last week that there will be major changes Q1 and more RIFs. Has anyone heard anything?

Managers are in a secret meeting in the store now... there's a speaker blasting in front of the door so we can't hear what the meeting is about...our a--holes are puckering as reps. We don't have a gm or dm right now, just a floater gm.....any word on rifs in feb?

I heard 70 % will be riffed in jersey ..too many chiefs.. aka directors
Company is doing a split in February-March timeframe. Cloud vs. legacy. RIF's in February, on payroll til end of March.
If you haven't realized it, every quarter has a RIF. The question should be is it your departments turn.
I have not heard a single thing or rumor as of yet but the poster who noted he heard another EISP rumor for Q1 all I can say is will be praying on that one to be true. I just hope and pray as well that my title gets it. I work in the CSSC and the last time they offered it they let all the 5 year or less people go. That was the last time the CSSC offered it. I so want out myself, This is not the same company that I first started with.

Also heard another EISP rumor for Q1. I'm hoping and praying I want out, if there is I hope my title gets called this time around cause last one I was left out.
Hearing there will be some changes in wireline as well. Not sure how much shuffling around will actually happen. We hear things like this all the time.
