BK has second class IQ and his track record of leadership is in line with his academic linage from San Jose State. It isn't a surprise TMG and now Intel is going down with him at the top. Science and technology not important in this new leadership, look how product and technology is doing under the new keadership

BK and these stupid decisions are an embarrassment to Intel. Is it possible that executives truly do not understand the value of sponsoring science fairs and helping to develop talent with brilliant students interested in technology and science? This is a sign of really bad decision making that will continue to plague Intel...

How much is it worth, when I was growing up it was Westinghouse, still hard for me to think there isn't the Westinghouse award, probably was cheap advertising as every high school scientist for generations past will remember that aware and wonder about the company. Let that be a lesson in marketing and technology!

Intel one could argue could use that kind of name recognition too with the next generation of genius looking to change the world. After all even if they are majoring in Physics, Match, Chemistry, Biology or such, they need have computation to execute their genius models. Oh yeah they will likely soon be running that on the ARM powered workstations and harnessing a billion + smartphones too. Intel who cares going the way of Westinghouse, Kodak, and the long list of great companies that died not because of technology, but of terrible management.

This is another casualty of the newest marketing regime - focus is on millenials and gamers. The Maker movement also never embraced Intel's weak efforts in Edison/Galileo, so why sponsor a science event that would essentially just be a programmer's exercise on Core products? Another example of the dumbing down of America.

How much does intel spend flying bozo people in business class to Asia, Europe, and Israel? The number of intel business class flyers in lounges across the globe pissibg money away on FTF while the company goes down the drain is astounding.
