If you could ask your store manager one question and he could be completly honest with you, what would it be?

@1iam, so that answers my 1st question too. He makes a good salary & his hours are less than the other place. He's actually a competent person so I didn't understand it because taking a job at Sears is really taking a chance career-wise. Sounds like the salary makes it worthwhile and he'll get hired elsewhere later.
I'm too cynical so I couldn't promote the corporate policies with a straight face but some people can. I know that anyone who reads any news at all knows Sears is in trouble so I doubt any of the managers are in the dark. I couldn't do it but people rationalize it as being part of the job.
Do you really believe in all the corporate BS you pass along to the employees, or are you just playing along to get a paycheck?
Why continue to listen to your inept DM when he continues to make bad decisions
On good terms with my store manager. He makes around 100k salary for the one person asking. I've seen his paystub.
Why did you take the job at Sears when you were a manager at a stable company? You weren't fired, so why?
How much do they pay you?
Do you really believe in Sears or are you pretending?
Can you really be as stupid as you seem to be?
Sometimes you think the company sets out to fail when they promote idiots like the one they have stuck us with.
Did you fart?
