Whats the rationale for this? Any supporting data?

Make that 50% laidoff probability for OWM and less than 1% for everyone else.

Nice dream Emoji, but better wake up and face it: you are stuck for life at Intel unless they kick you to the curb.
Darling 😘 😘 😘
I have to go now.
Catch you soon.
😘 😘 😘 Love you too !!!!
.... Por ahora y por siempre ..
Buenas noches 😊 😊 😊
Anyways there is plenty of preliminary work that goes along with taking a senior position. I shall utilize the waiting-period-window 😐 😐 😐 to complete all that is needed for preparations.
So far..
I have only managed to do one necessary task.
That was bring my linkedin profile out of hiding 😂 😂 😅 and make it public.
Hopefully...
SEO can make web articles I am featured in or written about - currently hidden, into the public web and also have them listed as top search results.
😐 😐 😐 Branding is very important !
@1pnv You better be nice to me 😊 😊 😊 since I am going to be heading my own tech organization in a well known company after I leave Intel.
Maybe I will hire you once Intel kicks you to the curve.
I will hire the very 😘 😘 😊 nice and hard working Intel people I am fortunate to work with - in a heart beat !!!!
Yup Emoji is a lifer for sure ... has been leaving Intel for well over a year already. Better face reality, you are not going anywhere.
@1pyp Comfy with ?
Am gonna' be ✋ 😐 😐 leaving Intel anyway.
Even if I wanted to stay, I have been advised to leave Intel because a great career opportunity (job of my dreams) awaits me this year, good luck phase has begun.. just passing time !!! until the month it is supposed to arrive.
Last year after 1 year of being at Intel - I wanted to leave Intel in Jan but I was advised to stay at place of current work and accept opportunity that I was going to get in Feb - because no matter where I go, it will be hard-work and stress. So as predicted, job offer/transfer fell in my lap in Feb without me even attempting or looking for it - ending up with my stay.
No career minded, ambitious or professional in demand outside Intel - would want to stay at Intel. Horrible Intel unethical environment 😐 😐 😐 of favoritism, nepotism, unfairness, bonded slavery for certain people while others can avoid work by getting approval for green badges, company paid travel without purpose, Indians travel to India on Intel expense with manager approval and without disclosing it on travel file or their other team members, etc .. worst seen in the tech industry or any long time established company.
@1ycb - Don't get too comfortable Emoji.
1 in 5 ... 👈 😂 😅 OP pulling statistics out of his ar$$ like hotair
OP, speak for yourself being the one in stats.
For 😊 😊 😊 most, life at Intel will continue and remain same.
Denial is the most predictable of responses.
Retire, hopefully with $4million in the bank. This Trump rally might help.
Nothing will happen until Intel is run by dufus CEOs. All employees relax and enjoy and get free salary.
McD's will be jammed with applications.
