I think you have the right attitude. I always believed in doing the bare minimum to get the job done.

For example there are companies that like to cut the bottom 10% every year. The next 75% are considered avg, next 10% are above avg and top 5% are the studs. i believe that you want to be at the lower end of the 75%. That way you are still avg but do the least amount of work and still enjoy nights and weekends. The above avg and studs usually get better bonuses but compared to the amount of time invested their pay/HR is much lower.

Go find a job you skumbag instead of posting lies.
