I don't believe we have a bunch of white guys running around without degrees managing people. What business group?
How about relevant diversity? Like hard to find tech specialists, rather than a Native American, Hispanic, African American, le---an, Transgender, Woman, with the ability to know they only have to come in 2 days a week and just learned to double click. This is the last thing your company needs, you are about to get your a-- handed to you.
@uql if you bring that up with HR they'll argue that it's the same person. If you then point out that that might not always be the case they'll look at you like you're stupid (at best). Kool aid, it's flowing like niagra falls.
Seriously wish they would just focus on hiring the best person for the job and not targets...
This should get more play.
