Is Pontiac jobs moving to southwest USA? Near Mehico. Asta La Vista. Michigan is TOP HEAVY with salaried folks. The big wigs in management are housed there. Finally hose em. Sad they won't get that severance like the previous folks did.

The thing to do is just go. It's going to be announced, if you haven't heard already that your betting the 1 day boot notice, and not that bizarre working severance week. DXC is becoming a temp agency and nothing more. Simply a top heavy junk pile with leaders spending most of their time scraping the bottom of a dry rot barrel. Go while the market is still strong, just leave. I did, and it's the best thing to work for another company in the public sector beating DXC into the ground.

The building sign has not been changed to DXC in Herndon, Pontiac, or Plano ... wonder why?

Can anyone else comment on their location?

Oh boy did you get that statement wrong "public sector in projects that are already lean and cannot be outsourced"!

ITAR jobs can go to any US territories like Puerto Rico, so your ITAR jobs are not safe either. Just look at the DXC job website and see all the job openings

How is USPS going away ? They have federal contracts in flight. Penalties and lawsuits are the risk.

Pontiac still has all those NON USPS folks that leverage that facility. These clowns are mostly management. Theyt stay put there so they do not have to migrate to other states or best shore there jobs. It's a known fact management is very very top heavy in Pontiac. They are hiding and need to be given some notice like a pink slip. Hahahahahah its going to sting you toooo.

Pontiac and public sector are going. US optimized to LCC by 60% in year 1. Facility rationalization, consolidating redundant roles across all functions, optimizing span of control and management layers 1:25, increasing productivity through AI.

@Ny9uwfF-1lwh:

The Pontiac site is going to be closed; the signage has not been changed, 100 finance people were let go last week and the first floor is to be closed and CSC & ES would be consolidated on the 2nd floor.

The overflow people are going to be asked to work from home too.

My guess is that there is to be no resources in US by 2020.

Pontiac was identified as a low labour cost location. Not likely to close.

Pontiac has very little redundancy, and a good chuck of the workforce there works in U.S. public sector in projects that are already lean and cannot be outsourced. If they close the facility they will have to either move those workers to a new location, or let them work from home.

The list as in the premerger investor presentation? Plano, Houston, Pontiac, Herndon?

Close Pontiac, Detroit, Alexandria, Plano, and the heavy Overhead sites. They burned me, my family, my colleagues, the community, vendors and more with kissing up to best shore management. It's so sick to have listened to my management talking to these clowns. Push management overboard and give them a little bit of the taste on how it feels to be thrown out to the wolves and rejects in society.
