After years of extremely poor HR & BU management destroying xNDS legacy, finally our SPVSS FR office will be closed this year ! Thanks !

Now we want big time money from your pocket Cisco !!! Give to your puppet YL every €€€ we ask for :)

=> not only the ridiculous 60K common package

You were stupid enough to give us big pay rise/bonus only 6months ago to enjoy our "office holiday" (yes, I mean paid to do nothing) so please continue to waste more money this last time.

more i will say that NR & MC made a great deal with YP, since it's with YP and YL that the disengagement of our representatives during cogizant outsourcing was made.

now they get the price :

the package for the 85 people outsourced transferred to the 190 remaining in CISCO.

@PSE if that is right, yes clearly brainless decision throwing money out of the window last year but I would guess coming from CC maybe.

But those complaining now about their job loss should have been looking for another one long time ago ! the FR office closure was inevitable

I am criticizing "Cisco SPVSS" management NOT my xNDS colleagues

It is a shame what NDS have become in only 3 years, don't you agree ??

There have been 0 viable products developped in our department for years...

=> IH/IVP is just a joke and many SPVSS people share the same opinion around the world

Yes we are paid to do nothing, there is no business, no customers, no motivation...

Pay/Bonus/PLI are fat so we stayed there !

The RH policy is a just monkey show !

We got a deal 6 months ago to get money after kicking out 80people (dont get me wrong I loved the biggest payrise I was given since long ago)

Now here is a question for you :

Is is a smart company move to give so much money to non profitable ressources that you know will be cut next year ?

Trust me, they will give again more money, you just have to ask to YL

And finally YES I will find easily another job thanks to my "Cisco experience" on the resume :)

@pse, not clear what your intent is, trying to demean French colleagues like this. But this is clearly suspicious and your negative attitude is really useless.

Maybe you're so young that the closure doesn't mean much to you. More likely you are resentful being sold to cognizant last year.

Those now facing closure are not responsible for what happened to you. Many of them worked really hard and do not deserve your mocking post, neither our colleagues in other regions.

Trolling won't make your life happier. You surely have more fun activities outside work.

Is the Jerusalem NDS office closing? I heard the sad news about the former black hat team and Haifa office. Regardless, my condolences to my many friends in Israel if you are dismissed by Cisco. It was apparent to me from their $5Billion US purchase they had no clue going forward how to continue the dynamic technology, human resources and entrepreneurial spirit of the originator of digital management of customer's revenue streams. N'shallah all of my former colleagues will quickly land on their feet with new and better employment by a company that respects and honor;s it's employees. Y'all ah bye!
