So far this summer many of the original service managers have step down. Two Store Managers have been fired over inventory. I know I speak for most people that phase one has done nothing to improve store operations. Long time store manager at the Lake Worth, Texas lowes and Store manger at the Granbury, Texas store. Corporate literally planted a glitch in the IRP system and then back tracked gave stores like two weeks to figure it out. Both store managers were fired over poor inventory. Not a single store in the market has passed inventory since phase 1. Its all apart of the plan. They are going to spend the next 12 months letting go of the store managers to promote ASMs for less pay. Once the weak are weeded out the final phase will take place service managers will be "Field" service and support mangers. ASMs will most likely be down to 1.

@ONKeN3u-3tfx You don't have until next year... you have until the end of Dec to find and be placed into a position or you'll be termed. They aren't joking about that. Find a regular position and be placed in it and get read of the CSA5 designation.
This is something most of us have figured out.. I don't care any more I am a CSA 5. Hope to go part time next year...
