Greenville has run Waco into the ground. MVS sent his "best" (expendable) managers to Waco and they have failed. Jim and Joel are jokes. They should honor the promises they made when the arrived and quit. At least Dave C is smart enough to bail when given the chance. After all, the two failures put him in charge of Commercial, which continues to lose big money.
