I would be careful with names here, think that's against the site rules.
ZFS will probably last a few more years, as Storage keeps selling, although external sales have dipped considerably. Cloud usage is one of the saviours. Nothing else uses ZFS. The question is, why would someone invest their career in another failing filesystem or software, just waiting for end to come ? It's likely going to end up same as UFS, SamqFS at some point - old, outdated, and un-transferable and un-sellable skills. It only make sense to work on it if you are nearing your retirement.
The writing was on the wall for Solaris and SPARC long ago. I wonder what happens to ZFS under Screvens?
