@ytz yes, people in SC earn twice as much as germans. true. and cost of living is three time as high as in germany. aren't indians supposed to be good at math?
There are quite a few Germans in the US. But the reason why there are more Indians than Germans in the US is that Germany is not a sh--.hole that people want to escape at the first opportunity. Why should a German potentially lower their standard of living by moving to the US?
And we're talking about Indian sites here, not about Indians in the US. Your reading comprehension leaves much to be desired. The topic here are the Indians who were too incompetent to be hired to the US, so they had to stay behind.
The Indians in the US and in Germany are the competent ones. But even they still share the typical indian cultural traits: Incapable of real teamwork, always looking for someone to step on to get ahead, inability to listen and to let someone finish a sentence, a.sskissing of managers as opposed to useful feedback, etc. So still not as productive as the locals (or as chinese for that matter), but good at pretending to be.
People who have nothing better to do than insulting others anonymously.... talking about good engineering and best practice - impressing. Well if it makes you feel better......but you won't get great again.... such people never are.

Nuremberg is gem of Europe...new job opening at site, shows the company confidence...no VSP, ACT in future..
German sites are so inefficient. And the engineering quality is poor. Their knowledge is out of date. They don't know best practice.
These sites really f---er up. IBIS Duisburg thought they were so much better than Dresden. New architecture. What a f---ing mess. Nuremberg get 7560. They have really f---ed that one up. Memory bug found re spin then still has same memory bug. These guys are just really sh--. Both sites are critical for f--- all.
