The layoff boat leaves port 10/31 which is a Tuesday...Wont touch front line sales until Dec 29th. BIG change in previous RIF packages...not so good this time.

Pretty quiet, this could be a bad omen.
So ready for the announcement for the stores, I'm really anxious to see what the future holds for us. In my dream's they cut half the store, I get a severance and I do cartwheels out the door. One can only hope.
Has anyone heard rumors of what stores will be impacted with these rumors?????
BGCO closure in Huntsville was announced on a Wednesday, non-pay cycle.
@1mfq - I can confirm that fact - I was part of that huge covered-up layoff.
Take the 4000 and double it. That was closer to the number impacted in 2015. Verlieson did a great job covering that $hit up.
Right. The last time VZW did this, they eliminated Areas. That was fall of 2015. Lowell gave a webinar on a Thursday and the moment the webinar ended a systematic approach to layoffs began. 4000 people laid off over the next few days. There is a webinar scheduled on Thursday Oct 19. Though I will say that I have been told Nov 3 is the target date.
It's never a Tuesday. If it happens, it is done Thursday's before paydays. Anyone saying different is not informed or is just lying. Yawn.
What's the change in the severance??
What area? Stores or call centers? Will my location finally be bought by a reseller? Where did you get those dates?
