Thankfully I was fired this week. The job had become a nightmare, getting up in the morning was really hard, getting to work was a burden, having fun at work was old history and my passion for the work was lost and I felt burned by the short term focus of this company. I had to watch my back all the time from a corrupt manager who only cares for booking orders and does not observe the compliance policies.
It's incredible how this happens all the time and nobody from the upper management does nothing. They only care about cashing the commissions. This constant behavior and the lack of focus and strategy from the leadership team will bring Cisco down.
