there is not the guarantee of the anything in the life...that explains why the tender offer is failing.
management is making everyone unhappy don't you see that? Employees are not happy because of the pay is because of useless management, you should known by now.
so many unhappy people posting here...if you are so unhappy then why do you stay? If layoff come it is not personal it is the business. There is not the guarantee of anything in the life. Be the best you can be and try to make the good choice. That is all you to do. I am now prepared if bad news and also commit to do best job I can if I am stay at Q.
No official layoff until NXP merger is complete; but there will be GTFO packages distributed until then, here and there; this is the Qualcomm Way.

fake again. no layoffs at all. 2015 layoff was part of restructuring plan nothing to do with profit going down. They just took that as excuse. They see now too much side effect as so many are leaving already. they don't want to see that happening again.
