Only the retail wireless worker in ma received unemployment for the strike of 2016. The location has since closed and there is no more union verizon wireless store in ma. Workers received there unemployment checks know the company is asking workers why they filed for benefits during that time frame. It was a state ruling. Can verizon wireless tell these workers not to cash those checks and can they be fired for claiming benefits during the strike of 2016?
