Learned to day, I am being let go, or laid off as they call it. I understand that at least three SS Coaches were also terminated as well. I am sure there will be more to follow as Humana certainly doesn't want to pay that bonus thing so look for more to come by the end of the year. There was nothing said about this being the last lay off. By the way, I blame upper management, like old Bruce. Have you seen his picture on the Hi Page? I think he looks like he is posing for a p--n movie. So creey.

@Q3Qnsl4-1jqp I wondered that a few months back when Humana was hiring more HCMRNs! I thought to myself they just had layoffs and now they are hiring? How exciting it can be to start fresh at a new good job and to have that yanked away. And suspecting that the powers that be knew this could happen!...just downright wrong. I hope you and others and I ( if and when I get the ax) find even better and better positions
I am one of the lucky ones “eliminated” after 45 days in the company. How did they not see this coming before the hired us? I left a great job with a great company to work for Humana. I put my trust in this company and that was my first mistake. My old position has already been filled so thanks Humana!!!
Oh lord, I’m glad I didn’t get called! I had a coach that would push for 11 a day and said we could skip cbt’s to get more contacts and do them on Saturday instead. We had to take an entire day of PTO for a dr appt, but cbt on Saturday? Sure, if it means more contacts.
I would have sabotaged the company’s case with my experience alone.
It’s not a bonus. It’s a one time payment of the raise you would get in 18.

There's currently a class action lawsuit against Human from PHCs who were influenced to work unpaid overtime this past year to make metrics goals. Some PHCs have been called to give depositions on the company's behalf
