Why are they closed Sundays? Is this to avoid paying time & 1/2??
Drove over to get a new battery install and oil change but had to turn around and come home. A wasted trip.
SEARS started the decline once they eliminated the dedicated Replenishmnet crew. It has been in a death spiral ever since.
They don’t have a phone?
The auto center at the Sears I went to was open whatever days their technician could work. They only had one, and his off days would be different every week. And if he was sick, better hope you didn't have an appointment because it's getting cancelled.
Or should I say was, they store is closing now auto center is already gone.
@ytw - "They can't make up their mind." That has been the problem with Sears management for decades. Their constant indecisiveness has lead to the collapse of the company!
Some auto centers were closed on sundays. Then about a year ago they made them open 7 days a week. Now they started closing some sundays and even some one day during the week. They can't make up their mind.
