No, I do not work in H.O. Yes, i’ve been here 25+ years. I’ve held several front line and leadership jobs. I know the people in HO work in the same salary structure as the field. If you’re envious of them and you want to work there; go do it, there are lots of openings. If you don’t have the guts to make a change in your life, s--- it up.
I’m shocked at the attacks (yes, often grammatically incorrect with bad syntax) on HO employees, millennials, and anyone else that doesn’t fit neatly into the posters little world. (Let’s see, hired directly into the company with little or no previous corporate experience, one job for the last 20 years, coddled by the same CSL, and now unable to cope with changes that all companies are forced to make to compete) When I’ve been unhappy in a role or job, I’ve gone out and gotten another, within the company, at some personal risk.
It seems the answer here is to sit back and anonymously attack.
Yes, have the guts to make changes and influence your future, or s--- it up.
