Does anyone here know if we are laid off at the beginning of Jan, if our health coverage continues through the end of the month? What about FSA and HRA? I have some procedures scheduled in Jan but after my separation date. I suppose I could purchase COBRA but I have coverage on my wife's plan, but want to use up my FSA and HRA rather than pay deductible on wife's plan.
I couldn't find any info on OneHR. I was on hold dialing in on Fri but will try again on Tue to get an answer from the Benefits Center 800 number. I figured since so many of us affected, someone might know.
