My role at GE was eliminated and I’m completely ok with that. While employed at GE I witnessed current leadership (including Flannery) waste many $Millions. I’m convinced that’s it’s my professional obligation to expose these leaders for their lack of leadership and financial failures. Not being on GE’s payroll has given me the freedom to expose corruption without fear of career damage (I’m already gone). I have initiated a campaign to inform investors, GE’s customers, and independent legal council of their actions. No, I will not expose proprietary intellectual property as our leaders have already done that with foreign nations. I will expose how leaders squandered intellectual property and money. This exposure should help existing GE employees and make GE better. GAME ON!

FAKE NEWS
Washington D.C., April 12, 2018 —
The Securities and Exchange Commission today announced a whistleblower award of more than $2.1 million to a former company insider whose information led to multiple successful enforcement actions. The whistleblower’s information strongly supported the findings in the underlying actions and the whistleblower provided ongoing assistance to the staff during the investigation.
Some of the management I knew at GE Greenville were the damn best liars in the business
@2ucd - As our investigation develops, you will see the results in the media.
Great idea to expose wrongdoings. I wish you luck. How and where do we watch your progress? Will there be a website?
Is it true that GE has more lawyers than engineers?

Try writing directly to Ed Garden of Trian who is on the board regarding fraudulent practices and corruption. JI and BR of Digital were involved in skimming $$ from the company so there was real corruption going on. Most of the original people in San Ramon know of that.
That’s great op, good job
GE management pushed the risk limits and sold all of our receivables (factoring) months before the cash would have come in just to make us look good. On top of that, they convinced our big clients to buy when the clients didn’t need to buy (this giving them big discounts and hurting profits). When the gig was up and the cash flow was gone, they couldn’t hide anymore and had to lay us all off. That is fragulent mismanagement. And it’s not over folks. They still have no cash and a high amount of orders that they are booking are being booked by exception (which means they have high risk and would never have been considered orders a few years ago). I don’t see how they can recover in the near future since demand is down and there is no light at the end of the tunnel right now. I will be shocked if GE makes fourth quarter numbers. And, if they do, I will know that once again management stretched the limits and did something questionable.
@1zhq — your post is 100% correct!
It’s time for employees and former employees to take a stand! Leaders depend on us to be loyal. Yet, their loyalty to us, investors, and customers no longer exists.
By exposing our leaders corruption and unqualified leadership attributes many we can save GE as a legacy American corporation.
Currently, GE is an embarrassment to the United States of America.
GE used to have the best management, technology, manufacturing, and service that were generally respected by all.
That was because GE used to be a meritocracy, not a BS or kleptocracy where managers are not experts, have little product knowledge and are only looking to claim fake changes and cost savings to get promoted. They generally only stay in a position for two years. We used to have the best of the best lead us.
Now GE management is some of the worst imaginable, with bad decision after bad that has destroyed the capabilities of the company and cash flow. Look at the metrics
GE is the worst of the Dow and now has a bad reputation with customers, employees, stock analysts, and share holders. The story needs to be told. Someone needs to also contact Harvard Business review so they can study what is wrong, and shame GE into fixing it if possible.
Yes, the story needs t be told
I can’t get over them laughing like mental patients (as another poster decribed) all while they had already unleashed legal and HR to get rid of us. They need to be exposed. Maybe that will wipe the smug laughter off their dumb faces.
I never got my severance when I was laid off. Another slime bag move by HR.
But If what you are reporting is from insider info from working there then it is employment related. Why do you still own ge stock anyway????? Sold all of mine!!
Don't forget to expose the sleepy Board of Directors. They had the power to stop numerous bad moves but let them all happen.
@Qx61fks-uxw: Wrong, any one holding GE stock can report or expose corruption. severance agreement has nothing to do with that except one can not sue the company for employment related issues like discrimination etc.
Get your severance money first, then go for it
If you signed the severance agreement GE can sue you for this...
