Why do you think they are quiet this time when they have been so vocal in the past?

I’m a PHC something has been up since last year we all know that. I’m certain there will be more to come shortly. I’ve never stopped looking for a know a job. Hoping to land something soon. Good luck everyone whether you ride it or leave.

I understand where you are coming from, poster below. Much of my team is wondering - will they really start enrolling again? When? Why such a push to move to monitored or move up (we are phc’s)? Why the care plan delay with conflicting explanations?
Either this is just an epic communication fail or something is up.

Agreed, poster below. It was worse because of how many of us were told we were “safe.”
A year of layoffs, poorly managed layoffs at that, lead to panic, not words on this site. I don’t want to be lulled back into a state of comfort just to have them dump me or to have them manipulate me. Last round was very harsh. Lots of people felt blindsided. Our coach was reassured we were safe. then Coach & most of team gone.
Humana wants to be acquired so if you need a stable job this company is not the place. I’m not trying to stress anyone out but this is what we are dealing with. If your family really depends on your paycheck you may need to look for a job that is more stable and you can have a better work life balance. Best of luck to everyone! “incite panic” how dramatic. A heads up just allows for associates to rev up their job searches and put off major purchases.
Yes, associates are reporting stress related illness, but that comes with the job instability and never ending layoffs, not because of a heads up. The work culture also plays a part.
Only HR would know why someone would be fired? Are you that naive? Have you not worked with someone who was fired and knew exactly why? I'm not saying they did or didn't get fired but don't say only HR would know. People talk. Those fired talk. My thought is whatever is planned is staying at a certain executive level to fend off the blabber mouths who incite panic. Maybe nothing is being planned, let's hope!
If someone was let go, we wouldn’t know why - only HR would know that and I’m sure they wouldn’t be posting it here.
Anyone who is saying “they were let go and this happened because...” is making stuff up.
I really don’t think those posters were targeted or “found out”, their info was generic, and many people had it and access to it. If they were laid off, I doubt it’s related to this supposed anonymous site
Maybe they dont know anything or dont have anything to report and maybe HAH dont have any pending lay-offs..doesnt that make more sense and a more rosier outlook? Like I said there were others on this site with info beyond 100 or 22. Believe me someone else would leak if there was anything to report. Let's hope that there isnt anything to report. Who knows Humana may have changed their minds about the last 250 layoffs. fingers crossed.
But they did title themselves. And yes executive leadership found out who they were based on information shared. Either way, if they were allowed to talk or still around, they could easily pop on and say " still here but don't know anything". Isn't it odd that they have not? Explain that. No negativity, no trying to scare people. Pointing out the obvious
I also dont believe they are gone and in the end there were others on here that was giving us
very important information outside of 22 or 100 but they didnt "titled" themselves.The person that said they were laid off is that "troll" that keeps showing up on this site spewing negativity and trying to scare people from talking. I honestly think they are finished with all the laid off for HAH so 100, 22 and others dont have anything else to report. So I hope, wish and pray that the rest of HAH has been realigned and that you all will be safe from future lay offs. I was laid off in the last lay off and have moved on in found new employment. I come here from time to time to make sure that HAH is ok.
I say they found out who they were and placed on a gag order or lawsuit. I wish them both well and thank them for all they offered.
Free to talk or not, if let go why would they be sticking around bere? I would hope they would move on and not loiter here being bitter. It's not like they would have any news to share. Think about it.
If they were gone they'd be free to talk here. My guess is they are still there but afraid to talk.
Yeah let’s hear how you know that? I don’t doubt they may be gone, but I doubt that is the reason. Everyone was on chopping block last round.
Do you really know that? How would you actually know that? Only HR would know that.
They were let go in the last round for talking when being warned not to.
