hate to break it to you. There is a BIG change in vacation. You can no longer accrue over what your supposed to get for the year. Let's say your at 4 weeks vacation a year. That's it, we're capped at that. Once you hit 4 weeks, your accrual will stop until you use time below it. Then, you will accrue bakck up to 4 weeks and that's it.
We were blessed with what we had, hell I could take 6 weeks a year sometimes. We would just keep accruing. Not anymore. Don't give me your union bs either because this is Alice wide.

We are taking steps to equalize the two respective paid time off programs- specifically around company holidays and sick time. In 2017, the company will observe 9 holidays and all full time employees will eligible for 7 sick days. There will be no changes next year to either legacy program when it comes to vacation and personal time."
Where does it say accrual times will change? I actually says nothing will change on personal time and accrual time was.

There was an email over a year ago just because you don't pay attention to what's going on doesn't make everyone someone from hr or corporate. Educate yourself and pay attention to what's going on
just checked my sick time. Have 3 days personal, 7 days sick, finally showed up. better late than never.

There was no email. If there was the company would be able to provide it. Since it sounds like you are HR or corporate swine then just produce a copy of the email.
Let me fix that when I said last year I meant December 2016 our time reset and we were given 2 sick and one personal. Then we were given the rest in January. None of this is new

No one notified you the renewal was being changed to January. If you would've read your emails over a year ago you would've known. That's why last December you were only given some of your time and the rest was given in january
I had to take sick time earlier in the week and since it hasn't replenished yet, they used my vacation time. Now I don't have enough vacation time to cover my upcoming time off. Can't wait to deal with this later.

So, thanks for letting us know who the corporate stooge is here. This is the second time they’ve screwed up payroll, plus the health insurance and card issues. I think we have a reasonable rite to expect the very minimum we should be able to expect is compensation, paid timely, for work performed. And as far as this company doing things legally? I would love to see the IRS check the books, I’m sure there’s nothing fishy going on with one entity of Altice NV overcharging for equipment, and undercharging for work to another entity of the company. It’s called money laundering. Last I New there are a lot of gangsters in jail for it! They should save room for 1 more!

It’s not a matter of having Money in the Bank !!! It’s being left out of everything that’s been going on !!!! HR is nonexistent!!! A lot of us have questions and by design there is no person above a Sup in most shops ..

It's been missing since they switched the pay system about two weeks and we have never been told anything even when asking questions they all just act like they don't know but carry on.... shady company and currently looking at leaving I have zero loyalty to this company .
