@isi- 10 on 1 team, 7 4, random 3 -4s....there were 150 of us yesterday. At this rare, it seems teams are cut in half.
Hcm Rn and I got the email 8/18 on my team did as well.
Look at the team Outlook calendar. Every SS Coach got the invite. They didn’t RIF them all. I agree, what support could they offer in the event they are affected, however it’s not the logical way of thinking here, it’s the Humana way.

If. Coaches are in the meeting tomorrow, does that mean they are gone, too?

@RD2r371-dla - Coaches do not always get the invite. And support? What support can they provide? We have just been axed. They gonna pay our bills? My infamous Coach, in our 1:1 last week told me I should contact EAP!!! Really??? For what!?
In any case, my friend was RIF’d last round and her Coach was in the meeting because she was let go, too.
Coaches always get the email invite, to be there as a form of support for their team members that were “impacted.” Coaches have a completely separate meeting for their RIF announcement.

A lot more gone from my team than anticipated.
@aub Let’s see, 9 SS Coaches right now, sounds like about 50% reduction in SS’s so I’m betting 1 COM and 4-5 Coaches will remain. Get ready for another new Coach and team if you were unfortunate enough to be spared this round.

Outlook calendar, left hand side click on the check box next to your Coaches name and the entire team will up. If anyone has a “tentative” or “accepted” meeeting tomorrow at 10:45 you know they were blessed with walking papers and a nice severance to boot.

HCMSS - I can confirm 10 on one team, 7 on another and 4 on another. That makes 21 between 3 teams. Hint: you can see who got the meeting invite for your team in the outlook team calendar.

Hcmss here, 3 that I know of on my team at this point...if the teams were 17 or so hcmss each, that’s close to 2O% at this point, of each team, some may not have even seen the Email yet
How many on your team and how many SS teams were left?
