Hey RN Guy/Gal. They called BS on your story. This thread is funny as sheet.

There was a number you could have called to hear the meeting. Kinda silly for a conference call to listen thru a teammates computer. It took several of you to brainstorm that? God help our members.

Cellphone-gate is awesome. Kudos to coined that term!

So, yeah, you did a conference call with each other as asked in a prior post. Rather than admit thats what you did, you insulted the poster's intelligence. Why? The poster acknowledged thats the only way you could hear. Why the attempt to obfuscate? That's shady. BTW,that, quite frankly, is the oddest thing I have ever heard! Why the hell would you do a conference call to listen to the town hall? A calls B who calls C etc.

I am loving cell phone-gate. It's very entertaining to watch you try to dig yourself out. I bet you are overly qualified to dig! We demand you release cell phone records...haha!

I was on the phone at the Town Hall meeting. I did not hear laughing, coughing, or tooting! Sorry, this thread is too funny! I did post in another thread that I could hear other associates talking and chewing prior to the start of the meeting. Once it started, I did not hear any associate's voices or sounds.

@RJtf5qL-3lyz My last post to you since you cannot understand anything. Nurse a calls nurse b (cell), nurse b calls nurse c and has both b and c together on the cell. Nurse c has her computer volume up so we can hear the meeting over her computer. There was also another nurse who called nurse c on her work phone since nurse c was the only one in our 'group' who could hear the meeting over her computer. So... I was nurse b and nurse a and c I could hear. Nurse d... who was on nurse c's work phone was placed on speaker as well. I pray for you on your next journey. Feels like I'm teaching a first grader how a phone conference works.

Whether you approve of the new guy or not, and I won't refer to him by his credentials like you....his former profession has no relevance since he has held several exec positions since then. No, my darling, unless you were all sitting in the same room on your cell phones, you would not have any way whatsoever to hear each other. Should I draw a diagram of how this works so you stop looking the fool? You don't think they mute all calls, including cell phones so you don't hear one another? Did you hear my teammate's coughing fit, she used her cell? Apparently she coughed for about 20 minutes straight. Or did you all rush to one house to call in on your individual cell phones and one on the computer? Plain and simple, you were caught in a lie saying you heard others laugh as your meager attempt to make it appear you have a very small army on your side. Wonder why You only heard your teammates laugh and how You could identify them out of all the people using their cellphones. You continue to use foul language to deflect Your ignorance. If you have the education and experience to run this company, then surely you know how the phone systems work when you call in. Your delusions of grandeur and your hallucinations worry me. A combination of therapy and a good med regime can help. I hate to think you are working with members in this state. I urge you to at least reach out to EAP. If anything they can help you work through your immense anger and can refer you for treatment. Peace be with you!

As for hearing your teammates chuckle, do you all work in the same home office or do you oddly make a conference call to listen to the meeting, which by the way is broadcasted on the computer? I recommend you take a break from this site or up your dosage of Risperdal. I dont think you have reached the therapeutic level yet,but kudos for trying! Oh and by the way, any one of our leaders will leave with a golden parachute and won't need to worry about finding another job. Their severance package will make yours look like a small tip. Even if he lasts 2 years, he will be able to laugh his way to the bank with a wheel barrow full of cash and stock.

The chuckling was amongst my team mates. And no... I never said anything about being at the level of Bill Gates a$$ wipe. @RJtf5qL-1iqb. I just rewatched the town hall meeting. For one, no chuckling could be heard from anyone when KA spoke. 2.I think he did a great job of handling the question. He was right on with his answer that this is typical in these types of mergers. I am quite positive he is not at liberty to extrapolate on the lawsuit and handled the question with finess. But since you are even more business savy than Bill Gates you will find fault with everything. You seem happiest complaining

Still trying to figure out how you could hear other HCMs chuckling. Do you possess dog ears along with your worthless credentials...the credentials that supposedly qualify you to run Humana, but here you sit on your butt all day talking on the phone and b--ching on social media sites that you are so much smarter. I signed onto the town hall meeting a little early. What associates don't realize is that you are not muted until the meeting starts. I heard people talking in the background, chewing loudly, one associate asked her significant other to switch over the laundry. When the meeting started the audio was horrible. Luckily, another associate gave an alternate number to call. I was on a cell and could not use my computer.

I have read most of the posts on this site for the past year because as an employee of HAH I have seen tons of layoffs and firings of great employees. I can’t tell you why because nobody talks about the elephant in the room. I have seen great nurses and coaches come and go. It’s part of working for a corporate company but can say HAH is extremely disfunctional and with new leaders who can never lead because there is no direct direction very bipolar unstable environment get out while you can if your lucky get the severance package

What does his stutter have to do with his job? Did you stop to think it may have been sound buffering issues with the computer and phones, or do you want to keep making an asshat of yourself by showing what a cruel, bullying person you are?

On behalf of the OP, this is relevant. It’s in the news, and we can all read. Certainly Aetna was doing some questionable stuff in the case of the merger, and we found out later they blatantly lied. There is no way he doesn’t know and should have been prepared to address. All these guys must’ve gone to the Trump School of Alternative Facts.

@RJtf5qL-hij exactly. I'm the OP and my whole point was that it ruined any chances of believing him about other things when he says something that is blatently a lie. I was giving him the benefit of the doubt, as I said. I know he inherited most of this mess from MF and I wasn't going to blame him for things that were set in motion before he started. But to just lie? About something that's not even worth lying about? That shows a lack of respect for us as employees. And if he really didn't know...well, he's not doing his job at all then.

Troll here.....I think the OP just wants some honesty since we are all adults. If he was not at liberty to say because it is a lawsuit, how about "I am not at liberty to say because there is pending litigation, but as soon as we can discuss it we will share information with you all" but to say "I don't know anything about it" is ridiculous and shows that he thinks his staff is dumb and he can say whatever he wants to dismiss the question. It is like a pat on the head and him saying "don't worry your pretty little head about it darling", that is what it feels like. Yea, it is just one question but one comment can start to show someone's professional approach. When I heard him say it, I rolled my eyes and laughed and said "duhhhhh, if you don't know anything about it, you might want to make some calls after this meeting my man, there is some s*** going down"

@oxc THANK YOU! I was going to point out the same thing. It's really sad the number of people who come on here and verbally abuse people for saying anything negative. I've wondered if it was an HR person trying to discredit any negative points but it's probably just one bored person who likes to stir the pot. OP even said they were willing to give KA the benefit of the doubt until he ruined his credibilty with that obvious lie. I didn't read any kind of conspiracy theory in it just a statement that it's an obvious lie and therefore he cannot be trusted.

I have come to realize that the there are probably only 2-3 people who post time and time again with their complaints, conspiracy theories and down right rude negative comments. I believe there are far more of us positive people than they would like people to believe. It kills their narrative and slows down their doomsday train! I have $5 on the next post calling me names or claiming I am management. Oh honey, management ain't got time for your drivel! I have time because I was impacted.
