keep jumping to higher paying jobs with better conditions... :-)
-
Loyal employees, capable and with future goals - yes
-
Lazy employees - who do not care to fight for a promotion, raises and do not set higher goals for themselves - no (majority falls here)
-
Family connections - no
-
Those who hold a position due to extramarital affairs - no (I'm not hating; you do whatever you have to survive. But you don't deserve higher pay)
Me - yes
perhaps a better solution is to train their loyal employees stayed here for many years new skills rather than finding expensive alternatives from other companies?
If you worked there longer you deserve to get pay less. Your skills diminish the longer you stay.
Unfortunately that is common in many companies
unfair to see people just joined from other companies get paid more than people who worked here for many years. too many “guaranteed bonuses arbitrage” and “sign-on arbitrage” in global markets.
