No sign of my severance that my signed agreement said would be paid within 3 weeks of my final day of work (Jan 30th).
Payroll center says they don't have my release agreement after sending it 3 times, on my termination day of work, and twice thereafter.
Anyone else having this issue? I elected the Lump Sum Option.
I have the same case as yours , but received the money last week .

Sorry, somehow my message got scrambled. I meant to say:
My last day was Jan 30, also. I elected the lump sum, and I received it without problem on Friday, 2/16.
I also was laid off on Jan 30 and elected the lump Doereceived it last Friday, 2/16.
GE is near bankrupt so forget about your severance there's no money. Best thing is to move on and put this down to a lesson learned.
